2. Non-Refundable Fees

Any processing, consultation, documentation, or administrative fee is generally non-refundable once your request has entered review or coordination stages.

3. Conditional Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered only if payment was made in error, duplicate payment occurred, or no processing activity started on your request.

4. Third-Party and Rights-Holder Costs

Amounts paid or payable to labels, rights holders, platforms, or external parties are not controlled by Music Licence.in and are typically non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Applicant

If you cancel after review starts, refunds are usually not available. Any exception is evaluated case by case based on work completed and external commitments.

6. Approval Outcomes

Licensing approvals depend on rights-holder decisions. A declined or limited approval outcome does not automatically qualify for a refund of service fees.

7. Refund Request Timeline

Eligible refund requests should be raised within 7 business days of payment, with transaction proof and reason for request.
